Ethics and Whistleblowing Channel

Any person or company can report conduct contrary to the law, to human rights or to the policies of the MCCM Innovations Group. You can do so anonymously. Your report is routed automatically to the channel manager who is not involved in the facts.

No identifying data is requested or recorded. Note that without contact details we cannot send you the acknowledgement of receipt or ask you for clarifications.

This determines who receives it, so that impartiality is guaranteed.

Your safeguards

How we handle your report

Confidentiality

Your identity and that of the people concerned are treated confidentially and are accessible only to the relevant channel manager.

No retaliation

Any retaliation against a person reporting in good faith is prohibited, including threats and attempts.

Deadlines

Acknowledgement of receipt within 7 calendar days, and resolution of the investigation within a maximum of 3 months.

Impartiality

If the report involves a channel manager, that person is excluded from handling it.
