The Challenge

What We Built
An LLM-powered agent generates and audits the job posting draft, removes discriminatory traits and produces a publication-ready version. A neutral inclusion filter guarantees language free from gender, race, age and religion bias in compliance with equality regulations. The final posting is ATS-export ready in one click.
